The safety of all our visitors and staff is top priority so we will continually monitor the weather forecast very carefully throughout the event.
A decision to cancel on any given night could be made for any of the following reasons:
- Cold weather, ice or snow.
- High winds.
- Fallen trees, broken branches, or tree limb damage.
- Flooding or rain that significantly impacts conditions underfoot.
If it is necessary to cancel an event, we will aim to make the decision by 1pm and this will be immediately posted on our Facebook group, we will also contact everyone affected by telephone or email.
If you have a ticket for an evening that has been cancelled, we will do our best to accommodate you on another evening of your choice. If this is not possible, we will issue a refund minus the transaction fee.
It is hoped that cancellation due to Covid will be very unlikely but if the Government change regulations and impose a lockdown then a full refund will be issued if the event is cancelled due to covid-19.
Cancellation for other Reasons
If you have booked tickets and then find you can’t attend, we will do our best to accommodate you on another evening subject to availability.
Please do not try and sell tickets via Facebook or any other for sale site. Tickets are personal to the ticket holder that purchased them, and ID is likely to be checked on arrival to make sure the tickets are in the correct name.
Unfortunately, a significant amount of fraud occurs on for sale sites and for this reason we will delete any post that we see selling tickets.
